Where we work

The showroom is in Mississauga and the cabinets are built in Woodbridge, but the crews work well past the GTA — Collingwood and Barrie to the north, out to Peterborough and Cobourg in the east, Kitchener and Brantford to the west, and down through Hamilton to Niagara.

Questions about the price

How accurate is this estimate really?

It runs on the same pricing our estimators use for real quotes — the same door rates, countertop rates and labour rates. It’s a range rather than a single number because the final figure depends on what we find on site: the state of the walls, whether the floor is level, where the plumbing actually runs. The range narrows the more detail you give us.

What is not in the range?

Appliances, and a permit fee where structural or electrical work needs one — and we tell you that number before anything starts.

What moves the price most?

The cabinet run — how many linear feet, and stock or custom doors — then the countertop material, then anything that has to move: plumbing, electrical circuits, a wall. The calculator asks about each of those because each one changes the range.

Is the range a quote?

No. It is what kitchens like yours have cost, from the same price book our estimators quote from. The quote is written after the free in-home measure — itemised, with the inclusions spelled out — and it is the number we build to.

What’s included in the price?

Cabinetry and hardware, countertop supply and installation, delivery, installation labour, plumbing reconnection, and electrical work including the ESA inspection. Appliances are not included, and permits are extra only where structural work is involved.

Do I need a permit?

Not for a like-for-like replacement. You will for structural changes, moving plumbing stacks, or new electrical circuits. Where one is needed we draw it, file it and meet the inspector ourselves rather than leaving it to you — the permit fee itself is charged on top, and we tell you the number before the work starts, not after.

Is the in-home measure really free?

Yes. No fee, no deposit, no obligation to proceed. If the numbers don’t work for you, that’s a perfectly good outcome and we’ll tell you so.
