What was involved in this Mississauga kitchen?

Honey-oak cabinets, a speckled laminate counter and terracotta tile. The kitchen came out to the walls and went back in as high-gloss white uppers over charcoal base cabinets, with a quartz counter and backsplash, a stainless hood, a tall charcoal pantry and a quartz peninsula with room for two stools, on new wide-plank flooring. Nineteen days on site. The photographs below show the same room before we started and on the day it was handed back — which is the only way an “after” picture means anything.
