What was involved in this Ajax kitchen?

The blue-painted cabinets and the white fridge went. High-gloss white uppers over graphite bases, glass-front uppers with brass frames, a marble-look quartz counter and backsplash, stainless appliances and a new tiled floor; the shutters stayed. Two weeks on site. The photographs below show the same room before we started and on the day it was handed back — which is the only way an “after” picture means anything.
