What using this website means, in plain terms — and the one thing it is not, which is a renovation contract.

These terms cover your use of this website and the information on it. They are not the terms of a renovation contract. A project with us begins with a written, itemised quote after an in-home measure, and the agreement you sign is what sets out the scope, the price, the schedule and the warranty — it takes precedence over anything on this site.
Estimates from the calculators are indicative and based on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site measure. The starting prices and ranges on this site are drawn from our own completed projects and are in Canadian dollars; they describe what our work has cost, not what yours will.
Nothing on this website is an offer to contract, and no project is booked, priced or scheduled by anything you do on it. Where this site and a written quote differ, the quote governs. A price, a date or a detail here can lag the office; we correct what we find.
The photographs on this site are our own completed work, in real customers’ homes, and are copyright Euro Renovations. They may not be copied, downloaded or reused without written permission. Short quotations of the text with attribution are fine.
Details you send through a form, a calculator or a callback request are used to answer your enquiry and to prepare an estimate, as the privacy policy describes. Calls to the numbers on this site may be recorded for quality and training.
Links to HomeStars, the Better Business Bureau, FinanceIt, Instagram, YouTube and Google lead to services we do not operate, and their terms apply there. FinanceIt sets the rates and terms of any financing it offers; we do not, and financing is arranged for a specific contractor and scope.
We keep the site available and current but do not promise it will be either at any given moment, and we may change these terms by publishing a new version here with a new date.
